Each Independent Hair Artist at Lovoux enforces their own cancellation policy. Please refer to your selected Artist for more information.
For appointments with Christina and Robert, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid 100% late cancellation fee.

Returns
+ Service Satisfaction

We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please promptly return products for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. We do not provide cash back for returns, only store credit.

In the event you are not satisfied with your service. We will gladly provide you a “revision” service.  Revision services are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. To qualify for a revision service, please contact us within 7 days of your original service date. No refunds are provided for any past services performed.
