Monthly rent, not weekly
Starting at $1,500/month + HST on an annual agreement. Many salon suites charge by the week, which quietly adds up to 13 four-week “months” a year. At Lovoux, it’s one flat monthly fee — 12 payments a year, and more money in your pocket by year-end.

How much does chair rental cost at Lovoux?
Chair rental from $1,500/month + HST on an annual agreement. Rates for bi-annual and monthly terms are available on request — fill out the enquiry form below and we'll reply within 48 hours. Whatever the term, rent is one flat monthly fee, not weekly like many salon suites, so more money stays in your pocket by year-end.

What's the studio like?
A bright, open-concept, south-facing unit with 14' vaulted ceilings in a century-old former toy factory in Leslieville — mid-century modern stations and plenty of natural light.
How do I get to the studio, and is there parking?
The studio has a Walk Score of 99 and is easily accessible by transit — take the 503 bus, the 501 streetcar, or the 72 bus from Pape Station. Monthly parking is available underground at the Impark lot at 345 Carlaw, or outdoors through Reliable Property Management behind the lofts, accessed from the southeast side of Dundas at Carlaw.
What's included in the rental?

You cash out your own clients directly, so you keep 100% of your revenue.
Can I work outside regular studio hours?
Yes. Renters have 24/7 secure access to the studio.
Can I film content or teach in the studio?
Yes. Tripods, filming and education are welcome, and UGC creator tools (a ring light and phone stands) are on-site.
Who takes care of laundry and cleaning?
Laundry is shared among renters using the on-site washer and dryer. Cleaning supplies are provided for day-to-day maintenance of stations and common areas. We provide weekly housekeeping services.
Do I need my own clients?
Yes — Lovoux looks for established stylists with a full, existing clientele.
